what's involved

From the moment you join the graduate programme at BNP Paribas RE you will embark on a training programme to become a chartered surveyor, qualifying typically within two years. You will be given mentor support, full APC training via departmental rotations, APC mock interviews/presentation training and full support with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) lectures.

The programme offers three 8 month rotations to help you to gain experience in various departments. Throughout this period, your APC supervisor will ensure you gain the experience needed to acquire the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Assessment of Professional Competence. Over 98% of our graduates pass their APC first time.

minimum criteria

Minimum criteria for all candidates is:

 - You should have obtained, or are predicted to obtain, a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a RICS accredited degree for the commercial programme.

- For non-commercial programme non-cognate degree is acceptable, but you will still need to obtain an RICS / RTPI degree in order to obtain your qualifications.

OPPORTUNITIES

The summer internship allows penultimate year students who are currently studying towards an RICS degree to join a specialist business line, gain experience on real projects and develop new skills whilst deepening their commercial knowledge. â€‹
