Through the graduate scheme Carter Jonas will help and support you to achieve RICS, RTPI or NFoPP membership. Their structured training programme is continuously being improved upon to ensure that it's up to date with an ever-changing industry, its legislation and requirements. You will be provided with the appropriate training and experience to attain the required competency levels.
Your professional development will encompass technical, transferable and professional practice skills and you will be regularly assessed to ensure you are submitted for your final assessment only when you are ready and have achieved the full level of competency.

work experience
Carter Jonas offers exciting opportunities to gain hands-on-experience in the Property/ Real Estate environment. Work experience is aimed at students who are considering a career within the property world, and currently studying towards an RTPI or RICS accredited degree course.

Duration: 1-4 weeks.
internships
The Internship programme is a paid scheme for one month in July which provides students with the opportunity to work with a team and to experience an overview of other divisions in the office. You will be given a project to complete while you work with us; you will feel rewarded working with us, be part of the team and be able to grow your knowledge of the property business.
