All of the CBRE pathways are 2 years long, these structured programmes focus on the completion of professional chartership. CBRE’s dedicated team of graduate training professionals will be at hand every step of the way to guide and support you throughout the programme, alongside specialised coaching and mentoring from our market-leading experts. Annual rotations will allow you to gain a breadth of experience.

minimum criteria

All candidates have to achieve or be on track to achieve a

2:1 in their undergraduate or postgraduate degree but each candidate is reviewed on an individual basis.

CBRE summer internship scheme is open to all years across all degrees. Opportunities are available across our different pathways throughout the holidays.

 

Duration: a paid 4-week internship over the summer.

You will be working alongside current Graduates and Senior Professionals on a variety of projects, giving you a real feel for what life is like as a CBRE Graduate.

 

While gaining real-world experience and subsequently building a network of professional contacts, the internship programmes supportive training schedule will ensure you accelerate. You will work with other interns to complete an end of programme presentation and in preparation, you will receive communication, presentation and pitch skills training. You will also gain an insight into how we support our clients and will have the opportunity to visit a client site - although, CBRE interns usually visit many with their direct team! And of course, we have not forgotten that property is a social industry, so there will be opportunities to attend social events throughout the programme.

Candidates are to create a short video (max 7 minutes) on Youtube presenting yourself, explaining your passion to the field you chose to apply for.

 

This is done alongside their CV, department of choice and dates of availability.

CBRE takes work experience candidates throughout the year. Just send your CV with a covering letter detailing why you would like work experience with CBRE and what you would gain from this experience to workexperience@cbre.com.

Please also indicate dates that you are available. CBRE has work experience opportunities throughout the year and if you are successful they will inform you accordingly.
