Capital Projects Advisory
This team provides technical advice, due diligence and delivery services, across a full spectrum of industries and high profile commissions. You’ll become an expert in all matters relating to construction and built assets, by understanding how business needs translate into building design. We seek to know how little a building can cost, rather than how much.
Valuation, Assurance & Prof Advisory
You will be part of a unique practice, delivering business-focused real estate valuation solutions, within a business advisory setting. Which means providing all kinds of clients with robust opinions, insightful due diligence, and strategic advice, with expert advocacy and rigorous assurance.
Planning & Development
Working closely with specialist teams, you will deliver best-practice planning and development services. For every kind of scheme and client: commercial to cultural, retail to residential, landowner to local government, simple to super-complex.

Real Estate Consulting
As part of this highly successful practice - one of the largest of its kind - you will combine specialist technical skills and industry knowledge, to advise on all aspects of real estate related business matters. minimum criteria
All candidates have to achieve or be on track to achieve a
2:1 in their RICS / RTPI accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree but each candidate is reviewed on an individual basis.

The work experience placement is designed to provide an insight into what it’s like to work at Deloitte. You could leave the programme with a graduate job offer in your pocket before you even finish university. Available for penultimate year students or prior to a Masters degree.
The role specific to students of the Bartlett School of Planning would be the ‘Real Estate’ Internship.
