GVA prides itself on adopting a flexible approach to it’s graduate programmes, from the recruitment process through to the training, development and benefits that are on offer. GVA welcomes graduates from all backgrounds who have an active interest in the property industry.
GVA offers graduates 4 pathways to professional qualification:
commercial surveying,
building surveying,
planning & development surveying,
town planning.

minimum criteria
GVA recently removed their academic requirements. Whilst they do look at academic performance, they look at the strength of your application as a whole, rather than just the individual parts. Altough, it is preferred that your course is RTPI / RICS accredited.

OPPORTUNITIES
Each year, GVA welcomes a number of undergraduates to work in one of their 12 offices throughout the UK as part of our summer internship programme. Client focus, trust, integrity and respect are important to GVA and are all things that you will witness throughout the recruitment process and your internship.
GVA's internship programme gives you the opportunity to get some real hands-on experience from day one that will help to set you up for your career after you graduate.
Summer internships are open for students in any year of study.
