WHAT YOU CAN DO?
Graduate schemes
8 diverse routes into the business
1.
Building Surveying
During your Building Surveying APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Building Construction team where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.

Commercial Property
During your Commercial Property APC training you will have three seat rotations. Each rotation will ensure that you gain the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.

Planning Consultant
You will undertake the RTPI APC.
During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Planning Team where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to apply to become a member of the RTPI.

7.
Quantity Surveying
You will undertake the Quantity Surveying APC.
During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Cost Management team in our Building & Construction Group where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.
2.
Business Management
You will work alongside specialists in each area developing skills whilst gaining an insight into how a large business is managed and the vital role Business Support plays in implementing and achieving strategic goals and targets.
4.
Corporate Finance Analyst
This scheme will enable you to work in the transactional side of our business, specialising in Corporate Finance.
You will have the opportunity to complete the CFA Stage 1. During your training you will have two seat rotations, enabling you to gain a breadth of experience in financial modelling.
6.
Project Management
You will undertake the Project Management APC.
During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Project Management team in our Building & Construction Group where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.
8.
Residential
You will undertake the Residential APC.
During your APC training you will have three seat rotations within the Residential Group. Each rotation will ensure that you gain the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.
minimum criteria
To be accepted onto one of JLL graduate schemes, you should have achieved a grade C or above in all A-levels and GCSEs (or the international equivalent). Plus, you should either have obtained at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree, or an undergraduate degree at 2:1 level accompanied by a postgraduate degree with merit or above.
For Building Surveying, Project Management & Quantity Surveying Programmes your degree has to be RICS accredited, and for Planning Consultant role you should have obtained RTPI accredited degree.
